Much of my work is informed by attachment theory, nervous system regulation, relational and couples work, and an interest in how emotional well-being is shaped not only through relationships but through the environments we inhabit.
I am an incredibly relational therapist. I don’t believe that I know you better than you know yourself. My role is to create a space that is safe so that with curiosity, compassion and exploration we can work together in better understanding you.
At times I might gently challenge you, share observations about what I am noticing in the moment, or offer insights and tools about how the body and mind work, but I will always check in with you regarding what feels accurate, helpful and authentic.
The work we do together is a privilege to me. My hope is that through our work, you come to better know, love and trust yourself.
It is a space for honesty, reflection, healing and growth.
